1. Billing & One-Time Purchases
Coin packages and VIP passes purchased on XDrama Web are one-time purchases with transparent pricing and no hidden auto-renewal charges. Benefits are credited immediately upon payment confirmation.
1. 计费模式说明
X短剧（XDrama）网页端提供的看剧币充值包与 VIP 通行证均为单次购买（一次性结算，无隐形自动续费扣款）。支付成功后权益实时发放至当前账号。
2. Refund Eligibility
Because digital streaming access and virtual coins are delivered immediately, orders where coins have been spent or VIP-exclusive episodes have been streamed are generally non-refundable.
You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase if: (a) you experienced a duplicate charge or billing error; (b) benefits were not delivered due to a technical issue; or (c) no purchased coins or VIP episodes have been used.
2. 退款适用情形
由于数字内容与虚拟代币具备即时消费属性，看剧币一经消耗解锁剧集，或 VIP 会员有效期内已产生会员专享剧集观看记录的，原则上不支持无理由退款。
若出现以下情形，您可在支付后 14 天内申请全额原路退款：(a) 重复扣款或账单金额异常；(b) 支付成功但因系统故障未能发放权益且未能在 24 小时内补发；(c) 购买后未消耗任何充值币且未观看任何付费剧集。
3. How to Request a Refund or Order Support
If your balance has not updated after checkout, click 'Refresh Balance' on the VIP & Coins page first. For refund requests or billing assistance, email [email protected] with your order ID; approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
3. 如何申请退款或补单
如遇支付未到账，您可先在「充值中心」点击「刷新账户权益」。如需人工处理或申请退款，请将订单号发送至 [email protected]，我们将在 1-3 个工作日内完成核实并通过 Stripe / 原支付渠道原路退回。
